Odeon

They run a scheme called the Odeon Limitless Card. This entitles you to see as many movies as you like for a fee of £17.99 a month excluding Centrl London cinemas. If you want to include Central London cinemas then it is £19.99 a month (prices are correct at the time of the review). You do not get a discount with the card, but they do run monthly offers for card holders. You can also see preview screenings of upcoming releases.

As a company I find them very good. My experience is that the website booking is Easy and quick, and when I called customer services their representatives were very keen to help. I have not had a reason to send an email so cannot comment on this.

Also if you have a CEA card, their website will store the information making it easy every time you book.

So their company score is 5 out of 5

Cineworld

They run a scheme called the Cineworld Unlimited Card. This entitles you to see as many movies as you like for a fee of £17.90 a month excluding London West End cinemas. If you want to include London West End cinemas then it is £20.40 a month (prices correct at time of writing the review). You also get 10% off snacks and drinks in your first year, which goes up to 25% after 12 months. Along with preview screenings of upcoming releases.

As a company I find them generally ok as long as things are fine for you and do not have to book online or have a complaint. My experience is that the website booking is more down than up, and it has sometimes taken me more than 30 minuets to do a booking. I called customer services and they were not really bothered and said put it in an email. I have sent several emails and not had answers.

Also if you have a CEA card, their website will not store the information and you have to type in the number every time you book.

So their company score is 3 out of 5

Scooter Store (Harlow Essex)

This company make and install scooter stores. They say they can tailor any store for your needs whatever the use or size.

I had their sales rep called Mat out to visit my Home, for a job of installing a bespoke scooter store. Mat arrived 10 minutes late but came across professional. He measured up the item to be stored and agreed that a store could be made and installed for my needs. After a discussion we agreed on what side the electrics were needed and he said no problem leave it with me we can do it. After a wait of 4-6 weeks the store turned up and the electrics were on the wrong side. Despite this I thought I could manage with the electrics on the wrong side as another 4-6 weeks wait was to long. The installers the put the store together and when they came to put my item in, they found out it was to small. The measurements were all wrong as well.

When the installers called Mat and explained what had happened, he said can’t you just take the top up and down. This was not possible so the store had to go back.

We then requested a larger one of the correct size to be made and Mat said this is not possible despite telling us previously it was. So we went on their website and filled in a quote request form, using another name With the correct size needed. The company replied saying this can be done along with a quote for the cost of the manufacture and installation of the product. We took this evidence to Mat to show his company could do it and he still kept saying they can no longer help. Their representative Mat turned out to be very unprofessional in the end.

All this company did for me was cause me a headache and put more time into my job being done, which was a very important job.

This company are supposed to help disabled people, I did not find this company helpful at all. I found this company to be a waste of time and money. I do not recommend them at all.

So their company score is 0 out of 5.
